    List of Law Entrance Exam

    Law has been one of the most promising careers in India, and with the growing fad of professional fields, the number of students aspiring to be one has been on the rise. When we think of law preparation, CLAT is the first one to strike us. CLAT course duration can be as long as any other competitive exam. Students start preparing alongside their HSC exams. However, there are lots of Law entrance exams which are accepted by top law colleges in India.

     

    List of LAW Entrance Exams

    All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) :

    AILET is a national level All India Law Entrance Test examination conducted by the National Law University Delhi every year for admission to B.A.LL. B course.

    Candidates who have completed LLB or an equivalent law degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of SC/ST/persons with disabilities). Applicants appearing for their final year/semester of LLB are also eligible to apply.

     

    Law School Admission Test (LSAT):

    Law School Admission Test (LSAT) – India is an entrance exam conducted by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate law courses.

    The LSAT exam aspirant should have qualified their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board. The minimum marks in the qualifying exam vary for different colleges. Most of the colleges accepting LSAT scores ask for 45% marks for filling the LSAT application form.

     

    Symbiosis Law Aptitude Test (SLAT) :

    SLAT is the entrance test conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) to admit students in the law program offered by the university at their institutes situated in 7 different cities across India.

    Passed Standard XII (10+2) with a minimum of 45% marks (40% SC / ST).

     

    Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET):

    MHT CET (or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a common state level entrance exam conducted  by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra every year for admission to  undergraduate engineering, pharmacy and agriculture courses such as B. Tech/ B.E, Pharma D and B. MHT CET 2022 or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state-level examination conducted by the Government of Maharashtra (Directorate of Technical Education) for facilitating admissions in various full-time degree courses of engineering, Pharm.
