Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national level entrance examination for entry into management programmes. Till 2018, it was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The Test will now be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The CMAT 2019 score will be accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/ Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges.

CMAT 2019 exam will be held on Monday January 28, 2019 instead of earlier announced date of January 27. The CMAT exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) with effect from CMAT 2019 and not by AICTE. NTA has announced to open CMAT 2019 Registration and Application process on November 1 and will close it on November 30, 2018

CMAT Score Accepted by AICTE Approved MBA/PGDM Colleges:

All the CMAT top colleges accepting CMAT 2019 exam score are the ones offering AICTE approved MBA/ PGDM programmes. They include top MBA colleges like JBIMS, SIMSREE, K. J. Somaiya, GIM, Great Lakes among others. According to AICTE, ‘All AICTE approved Institutes / Departments / Constituent Colleges / Affiliated Colleges of Universities are expected to accept CMAT scores. The specific notifications issued by Universities and State Governments are available at CMAT website.’
